What is the Earn & Learn Programme?
Our Earn & Learn Programme is a great way to develop your skills, without a university degree.
On this programme, you work across the Market Operations team. On this team you gain an understanding of how the electricity market operates across Ireland and Europe.
You will have a comprehensive training programme and be assigned a dedicated mentor for your role.
As part of the programme you have the opportunity to undertake an educational qualification related to business in your second year.
Who Can Apply?
The ideal candidate will:
- Be a recent school leaver,
- Have a minimum Leaving Certificate results of 2 H5 and 4 O6/H7 grades. (Or have an equivalent QQI Level 5 award),
- Have an interest in the energy sector, ans
- Be available to join from September 2025.
