Our Graduate Development Programme 2025
Our Graduate Development Programme is open to all new and recently qualified graduates, with a Level 8 degree on the NFQ Framework or above and a minimum result of 2:1 (expected or attained).
We need graduates from all disciplines. This includes graduates from:
- Engineering
- IT
- Cyber security
- Economics
- Business and finance
- General
Our general graduate stream is open to all disciplines including physics, biology, mathematics, arts and more.
What’s in it for You?
- A two year programme with three rotations across our business (with limited non-rotational placements available, which you can express interest for at application stage),
- an assigned mentor for support and guidance,
- a permanent position following a review at the end of the programme.
