Our new flexibility policies enable you to create a work life balance that works for you. We operate a 2/3 model, meaning you have the flexibility to work from home up to 3 days per week. Our core hours mean you can commence work at a flexible time that enables you to fit your working day around your daily duties. We understand that not everybody wants to work fulltime hours. Where suitable, you can apply to work reduced hours that work with your lifestyle.
