What’s in it for You?
- A two year programme with three rotations across our business (with limited non-rotational placements available, which you can express interest for at application stage),
- an assigned mentor for support and guidance,
- a permanent position following a review at the end of the programme.

As a general graduate at EirGrid, I can get experience in a range of teams across EirGrid. In Public Engagement, I organised community events, working to boost local support for upcoming projects. Recently I joined Future Networks, with a focus on future interconnection and offshore wind projects. My career in EirGrid started with a year long internship in Human Resources. I joined the EirGrid Graduate programme which started with a rotation in Public Relations, and I'm now working in IT Programme Management.
